This piece is both my entry for the Book Cover Club #5 and a submission for a contest happening at Nowness.com. The competition is to create a piece inspired by any of Murakami’s writings. If you’ve read the book, then you might appreciate the difficulty of trying to narrow down just what to illustrate for it.
